About the discussion

Join us for an interactive discussion with our facilitator, Dr. Christy DaBreo-Otero. In this 4 part series, we'll practice mindfulness together, discuss strategies for incorporating mindfulness, and meditate with a licensed coach.

Session 4 will discuss:

  • Group members will identify what brings joy and positivity to their life.
  • Group facilitator will lead group members in a discussion on barriers to accessing joy.
  • Group facilitator will guide group members in a guided meditation where they will visualize places and memories that create positivity and joy in their lives.
