About your Facilitator:
Leah is a mother of twin daughters with a background in psychology and medicine. She currently is a graduate student at Harvard University. She has 10 years’ experience as a coach helping clients reach a balance of mind, body, and spirit. She began her company Living Healthy with Leah January 2023 to explore remote work to support her growing family.  When she is not helping clients create a plan for their life and health, she enjoys hiking and painting with her daughters. They love to travel all over the United States learning about history, and ghost stories around a camp fire. As a professional, her goal is to help others make a plan for their life and health through education and mindfulness.
