About the discussion

Join us for an interactive discussion with our facilitator, Dr. Christy DaBreo-Otero. In this 4 part series, we'll practice mindfulness together, discuss strategies for incorporating mindfulness, and meditate with a licensed coach.

In Session 3:

  • Group members will identify goals that they might be struggling with meeting and barriers to setting achievable goals.
  • Group members will discuss how to use mindfulness to make their goals more achievable.
  • Group facilitator will lead members through guided meditation to help them accept where they are in the present moment while considering changes they want to make in their lives.
