About the discussion
This session will be a deep exploration of a Buddhist meditation practice known as compassion (or karuna). This meditation practice involves connecting to the sincere wish to alleviate the pain and suffering of others. In this session, we will have discussions and a deep exploration of true compassion, how it fosters interconnectedness and positive action, how it doesn't ask for a reward or a "thank you." We will end with a guided meditation on compassion.
