This session will center on using the breath as a meditation object and exploring it experientially to discover how it can be a resource in our lives. You will leave with new techniques for focusing on your breathing, culminating in a guided meditation that promotes relaxation and calm.

This session will focus on the breath as a meditation object. You will come away from this session with more tools in your meditation toolkit for how to use the breath.
We will explore breathing experientially -- what does it feel like to notice our breathing fully?
What makes the breath a resource in our lives?
We will end with a guided meditation on breathing, focusing on breathing in the resource that's present in our lives, and breathing out a deep sense of relaxation and calm.
About our Facilitator: Benjamin Haynes is a program coordinator for Dharma Gates, a non-profit creating pathways into deep meditation practice for young adults.
