About the discussion
This session will focus on the breath as a meditation object. You will come away from this session with more tools in your meditation toolkit for how to use the breath.
- We will explore breathing experientially -- what does it feel like to notice our breathing fully?
- What makes the breath a resource in our lives?
- We will end with a guided meditation on breathing, focusing on breathing in the resource that's present in our lives, and breathing out a deep sense of relaxation and calm.
