[In-person: Boston] Walk-with-a-doc walking group around the Brookline Reservoir

Join a group of us to participate in the "Walk-with-a-doc" walking group led by our member and a physician, Dr. Donna Michelson. The walk is around the Brookline Reservoir and will include a short health talk at the beginning - RSVP here and at this link:

Dr. Donna Michelson runs a Walk-with-a-Doc chapter in the Brookline-Newton area. The walking group organizes regular events that involve a free walk around the Brookline Reservoir with a friendly group of walkers. Beginner walkers are welcome! There will be a short health talk at the beginning of each walk, and Susan Zwerling, PhD, will be doing warm-up and cool-down exercises before and after the walks. The purpose is just to get people out and walking and, in the process, developing a sense of community while enjoying the health benefits of walking together.

Attend one walk or many - whatever you’re able to do. The targeted age range is 50’s, 60’s, and early 70’s.

Location: Brookline Park Reservoir – Brookline, MA 02445. You can enter 128 Dudley Street in your GPS. We’ll meet across the street at the intersection of Dudley St and Dudley Way. Parking is free and plentiful on Dudley Way and Dudley Street bordering the reservoir.
