Having trouble with sleep? This session gives into the essentials of sleep hygiene, exploring everyone's bedtime routines and what strategies help them achieve restful sleep. We'll discuss clinical aspects like sleep timing and interruptions, practical tips such as maintaining a cool, dark environment, and avoiding caffeine and alcohol, alongside interactive discussions on overcoming middle-of-the-night awakenings and sharing effective sleep tips that participants have found helpful.
