This session will focus on the importance of physical activity, starting with a discussion on daily movements and dedicated exercises participants currently engage in. We'll review physical activity recommendations, including aerobic, strength, balance, and flexibility training, and explore challenges and solutions for staying active.

Meet your Facilitator:

Mike Batisto's path to becoming a Wellness and Nutrition Coach was shaped by his entrepreneurial experience and the inherent stress and anxiety of that lifestyle. Fortunately, he preserved his physical and mental health through consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and effective recovery methods. As a NASM Certified Wellness Coach with a Precision Nutrition PN1 Certification, Mike aims to facilitate transformative health and wellness improvements by tailoring nutrition, fitness, rest, and recovery plans to each individual's resources, constraints, schedules, and goals.
