How can we sharpen our minds and enhance our brain health as we age? This engaging session will explore the latest research highlighting the benefits of exercise, socializing, controlling blood pressure, and treating hearing loss over traditional cognitive training. We'll discuss the implications of dementia, share personal experiences, and uncover fun and effective strategies for maintaining cognitive health.

Mike Batisto's path to becoming a Wellness and Nutrition Coach was shaped by his entrepreneurial experience and the inherent stress and anxiety of that lifestyle. Fortunately, he preserved his physical and mental health through consistent exercise, proper nutrition, and effective recovery methods. As a NASM Certified Wellness Coach with a Precision Nutrition PN1 Certification, Mike aims to facilitate transformative health and wellness improvements by tailoring nutrition, fitness, rest, and recovery plans to each individual's resources, constraints, schedules, and goals.
